Hambrose brings to Net Results 14 years of collegiate coaching and recruiting experience. As a seven year head coach at Division III St. Mary's College of Maryland, Hambrose could be found throughout the high school gyms of Maryland recruiting top student-athletes.
Hambrose saw ten players receive all Capital Athletic Conference post-season honors in her seven years at the helm. Two players earned All Conference Rookie of the Year honors. A tireless recruiter Hambrose often beat out some of the nations premier programs.
Nan started her career in the NCAA Division I ranks; serving as an assistant coach at Wagner College, Loyola University Chicago, and Seton Hall University. Serving three years as a Recruiting Coordinator on the full scholarship level Hambrose found great success. Blue Star Index awarded Hambrose's Wagner College recruiting class of 1998 with Honorable Mention recognition. This was and remains the only such honor for a member of the Northeast Conference.
The combination of Nan's Head Coaching experience and her invaluable time as a Division I Recruiting Coordinator provide her with a thorough knowledge of the recruiting process on all levels of NCAA basketball. She has detailed knowledge of the NCAA Rules and Regulations.
As a teacher of the game Hambrose brings an attention to the fundamentals and an enthusiastic approach to the game for players of all ages and skill levels. Throughout her career as a head coach Hambrose's teams were recognized as some of the most fundamentally sound in the Division III women's game. Several athletes who were under her guidance have competed successfully on the professional level in the United States as well as in the professional leagues of Europe.
